Our monthly seminar on March 29 will feature Linda Rising, who is coming to deliver her popular talk “Who do you trust?” — a philosophical reflection on the issue of trust.
Agile practitioners know trust is THE most important factor in the successful implementation of Agile (or really any method), as it is in one’s life… and it is the most difficult factor to achieve. A better understanding of the deep psychological aspects of building trust is crucial not only to success in implementing Agile, but to the health of one’s psyche in general.
Linda’s presentation, "Who Do You Trust?", is about team building and about building thyself.
